A wish that came true after 8 years (Dec '24)

We got married at a young age and we knew right away that we wanted children later. At first we thought we'd enjoy 2 years of marriage together first. Even before those 2 years were up, we decided to try. It just didn't work out. We were already over a year further along. After a number of tests we had to do, we found out there was only 1 way we could have children. That was IVF or ICSI. We immediately decided to start treatment. We then had 3 treatments in the Netherlands, without success.

By then 8 years had passed. Treatment in the Netherlands took so long, and every time we'd had a treatment we had to wait again until it was our turn. I was completely done with it and couldn't wait any longer. Then a friend of mine advised me to contact Human First. I really had no idea it was possible. I contacted Human First and got Evren on the line. She explained everything to me step by step. So much understanding, helpfulness and trust - I wasn't used to that.

My husband and I decided to go ahead in Turkey. Evren had arranged everything for us. All I had to do was call or message her and it got arranged. There were 2 packages, 10 or 17 days. With my husband's work we could only go for 10 days. I couldn't believe it would only take 10 days in Turkey, while in the Netherlands we'd been dealing with this for months on end.

We arrived in Turkey and had an appointment with Doctor Cem the very next day. We were received so warmly and the interpreter was with us the whole time and everything was explained properly. Everything was literally done for us. All you had to do was be there. It worked the very first time. I got pregnant and we had a little miracle (a boy). My husband and I just couldn't believe it - after so many years we finally had a child.

Eventually we decided to go for a second one. Without even thinking twice, I contacted Evren again. I knew one thing for sure: I would never do a treatment in the Netherlands again. Last summer we went back to Turkey. We had 3 good embryos and my husband and I decided together to transfer 2 back. Unfortunately it didn't work. I didn't get pregnant.

A month later I went back to Turkey for a weekend and the last one was transferred back. Now I'm pregnant with a girl. I really recommend doing your treatment with Human First. I've genuinely only had good experiences - the kindness, the respect for your situation and the way they treat you, I just haven't seen that anywhere else. They work really carefully and well. You definitely won't be disappointed. Anyone around me who has trouble getting pregnant, I've recommended them and will keep doing so. Especially Evren - she's just so incredibly involved and helps with everything. You can go to her for anything. I'm truly so grateful to her for what she's done.
