After 3 unsuccessful ICSI attempts in Maastricht, we went to Dr. Cem in Istanbul. Human First arranged absolutely everything down to the last detail, even when we had to stay longer (flight and hotel rebooked/extended). So even though no pregnancy resulted, we're incredibly satisfied. WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!!!
Everything was different, everything more positive!!! Dr. Cem is extremely involved, skilled and professional. His team too, for that matter. The embryo transfer had been a major problem for me in Maastricht. Unlike in Maastricht, Dr. Cem managed to transfer the embryos within 5 minutes, painlessly and visibly successfully. What a relief — this time no painful procedure lasting about 45 minutes. Afterwards I had no issues either, fantastic!
Dayon's support was also necessary, and excellent, and highly recommended, since only Dr. Cem speaks English — the rest of the staff barely, if at all. She's very involved, extremely well informed, and arranged everything for us. We could always call her, and this goes for Evren and Dr. Cem too, by the way.
In short, we're really very satisfied with Human First, Dr. Cem, the hospital and the hostess. Looking back, we should have chosen Istanbul sooner.
